What file formats are supported?
Upload a CSV file up to 5 MB. XML, Excel spreadsheets and API imports are not supported yet. The feed checker uses common product column names and lets you review field mappings.
Can I check Google Merchant Center or Meta Catalog feeds?
Yes. Select Google, Meta or General before analyzing your CSV. The results are independent, advisory checks—not an official approval or submission to either platform.
Do I need an account or a credit card?
No. You can analyze a CSV and download reports without signing in or paying. An optional account lets you save aggregated health summaries and track changes over time.
Is my product feed stored on the server?
Uploaded CSV files are processed in server memory and are not saved to the account database. If you choose to save a result, the database stores only summary counts, score, channel, timestamp and an optional feed label. Optional live URL and image checks contact the selected public sites. What does the health score mean?
The score highlights potential data-quality issues. It is a diagnostic estimate, not a guarantee that your feed will be accepted or that your ads will perform better. Review the listed issues and suggested fixes.
How do I save, compare or export results?
Create an account, analyze a CSV and select “Save summary to my account”. In My Account you can compare saved summaries, download a history CSV, export your account data, or delete saved records.
Can I check product links and images?
Yes. Public link and image checks are optional, contact external hosts and are restricted to a small sample. A network check may return “unverified” when a site blocks or limits requests.
Can I buy the Pro subscription today?
Not yet. Pro pricing is a proposal while we test billing. The Pricing page indicates when checkout becomes available; no payment is collected for free analysis.
How can I report an issue or request a feature?
Use the anonymous feedback form. Please avoid passwords, uploaded feed contents, or personal information in your message. No meeting or phone call is required.
